FAQ

We hope the frequently asked questions (FAQs) listed below provide all the information not included in the individual cottage pages. If we have missed anything please let us know.

What are the payment terms?

A £250 deposit is due at the time of your booking. The balance is due 70 days before your holiday. If your booking is made less than 70 days before your holiday, the full rental payment will be payable. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal or GBP cheque. The £275 security deposit is pre-authorised against your credit/debit card 7 days before your holiday. Providing there are no damages during your stay, the money will be released within 14 days of your stay.

Do you make an additional charge for credit and debit card payments?

We do NOT pass on any bank charges or card processing fees to our guests. To remain compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), we are unable to provide card payment receipts. For your records, you will be e-mailed a card payment notification and summary of your booking showing all card payments received.
